YuktiNext is an AI-first technology platform operated by Shakambari Associates in Guwahati, Assam, India. These terms apply when you browse, create an account, request a quotation, place an order, buy a subscription or use a YuktiNext service.

By completing a purchase or activating a service, you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law.

You must provide accurate account, contact, billing and delivery information and keep sign-in credentials secure. Business users confirm that they are authorised to act for the organisation they represent.

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person’s rights, or use cloud and compute services for prohibited activity. YuktiNext may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, providers or the platform.

Descriptions, availability, delivery estimates and service scope are shown on the relevant product, service, quotation or checkout page. A submitted order is a request to purchase. Acceptance occurs when YuktiNext confirms the order or activates the service.

For quotation-led or partner-supplied work, the accepted quotation, bill of materials, milestone plan and service documents form part of the contract. If a material availability or pricing error is found before acceptance, YuktiNext will seek your approval for a correction or cancel and refund the affected amount.

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. The checkout or accepted quotation identifies applicable GST, delivery, installation and other charges before payment.

Online payments are completed on a hosted Cashfree Payments page. YuktiNext does not ask you to provide card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or OTPs to YuktiNext staff. An order is treated as paid only after verified provider confirmation is recorded.

Cloud Storage and other digital services may depend on carefully selected infrastructure providers while remaining supplied and supported under the YuktiNext service experience. Capacity, region, billing cycle, renewal date and operational limits are shown before purchase.

You remain responsible for the legality of uploaded content and for retaining any independent backup required by your risk policy. Availability may be affected by maintenance, security incidents, internet conditions or upstream outages. YuktiNext will use reasonable operational measures to restore affected services.

Physical delivery, installation and managed-service milestones are confirmed against the accepted order. You must provide safe access, accurate instructions and timely approvals where required.

YuktiNext may make security, reliability or legal changes that do not materially reduce a paid service. Material commercial changes apply from a future renewal or after your agreement.

Cancellation, return and refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any more specific written terms accepted for an order. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method wherever possible.

YuktiNext branding, software, content and platform designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. You retain ownership of customer content, subject to the limited processing required to provide and secure the service.

Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its fraud, wilful misconduct or breach of law. To the extent permitted by law, YuktiNext is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by customer misuse, inaccurate instructions or events outside reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Guwahati, Assam will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other statutory remedy available to you.
